The Argentine Federal Police (PFA) Dispripted a Drug sale point in Pinamar and arrested a man accused of marketing narcotics in the spa city. The procedure culminated in the kidnapping of a significant amount of prohibited substances, cash, electronic devices and materials used for subdivision.
The investigation, initiated between August and September 2025, was directed by the UFI N° 3 of Dollorsin charge of the prosecutor Marcos Scoccimarrowith the intervention of the Prosecutor for Narcotics driven by Dr. Guillermo Vernetti.
With forceful evidence on illegal activity, the Public Prosecutor’s Office requested the judicial measure that was authorized by the Court of Guarantees No. 6 of Villa Gesellby the judge David Leopoldo Mancinelli.
During the search in the suspect’s house, the researchers seized drugs ready for commercialization, money, electronic devices and other key elements that confirm the drug trafficking activity in the area.
The detainee was made available to justice accused of violating the Law No. 23,737which sanctions the marketing of narcotic substances.
