The musical soul of the Mediterranean comes to the Teatro Coliseo.
Buenos Aires, October 2025. – The Hellenic Foundation in Argentina and the Hellenic Collective of Buenos Aires present a first-class cultural event: the return of the renowned Greek artist George Dalaraswho will offer a only concert on November 12 at the Teatro Coliseo.
An essential figure in popular Hellenic music, Dalaras is considered one of the most influential performers in Greece. With a career that spans more than five decades, the artist has been able to build bridges between tradition and contemporaneity, bringing the Greek spirit to the most important stages in the world, collaborating with artists of the caliber of Emma Shapplin, Sting, Al Di Meola, Goran Bregovic, Paco de Lucia and the Argentines Mercedes Sosa y Ariel Ramirez.

His return to Buenos Aires—the third in his career—represents a long-awaited reunion both for the Greek community in the country and for the Argentine public who admires his talent and his unmistakable voice. In this presentation, the artist will arrive on stage at the Teatro Coliseo accompanied by Violeta Ikari y Alexandros tzouganakis where he will offer a tour of the great classics of his repertoire and new interpretations that condense his artistic sensitivity and his deep link with roots music.
