With an approach that integrates quantum physics, neuroscience and practical spirituality, the author Rosanna Biglia presented in The Grand Splendid Athenaeum your book Your Universal Invincible Power (Editorial Diana – Grupo Planeta), in an event that brought together more than 200 people and that, together with a meeting with more than 400 students from different nations, marked the closing of their visit to Argentina.
The researcher from the capital highlighted that “the mind can be both the origin of suffering and the door to inner freedom, depending on how we learn to train it.”
The text proposes a thought reprogramming methodology known as Quantum Mind Methodcreated by Bigila, which combines principles of quantum physics applied to consciousness with emotional introspection exercises. From an integrative perspective, it suggests that thoughts, emotions and the body are interconnected systems capable of generating sustainable healing processes.
«Spirituality is not at odds with science. Both seek the same thing: to understand how the energy that makes up us works and how to consciously direct it towards well-being,» Biglia said during the presentation.
The book, discussed at the event by Mexican journalist Carlos Ibarra, explores how Unconscious beliefs can lead to repetitive patterns of pain or emotional dependenceand how self-knowledge can release energetic blockages that affect self-esteem and physical health. Furthermore, he suggests that the awareness is a preventive tool against manifestations of anxiety, guilt or psychological violence.

The closing of his visit to Argentina was carried out with a face-to-face meeting that brought together more than 400 students coming not only from the country, but also from Canada, Chile, Colombia, Curazao, Ecuador, Spain, the United States, Italy, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuelawho traveled to participate in a transformation and direct learning experience with the author.
