The study, titled «The Accountant»uses economic data and a social survey from the consulting firm Casa Tres, by Mora Jozami. Among the most sensitive conclusions are:

  • Fear of losing your job: He 52% of workers fear being unemployed.

Social pessimism and disapproval

  • Future perspectives: Almost 7 out of 10 people (70%) they assure that “the worst is happening now” (27%) o «it’s about to happen» (43%)contradicting the official message that the most serious thing is behind us. Only 26% believe that the worst moment of the crisis has already passed.
  • Management capacity: Half of Argentines (50%) considers that the Government does not have the capacity to solve the country’s problems, while 34% ask for more time.
  • Main problem of the country: The economy (17%) ranks as the main concern, closely followed by corruption. In fact, the President himself, Milei, appears as the fourth problem that people report.
  • Family impact: He 58% of those surveyed affirm that the President is not solving the problems that directly affect their family.

The report concludes that, in the face of the crisis, the 63% of families have had to give up some service or activity, with leisure (54%) and replacing brands with cheaper variants (34%) being the main strategies to try to make ends meet. In turn, the 55% of those consulted expressed their displeasure with the «forms» of the Government.
