He Esplendor Plaza Francia by Wyndhamlocated in the cultural heart of Recoletalaunched his new contemporary art cycle with a sample of the artist Benjamín Aital which can be visited from November 18 to December 20, 2025. The proposal, curated by Pilar Lucero Torresturns the hotel lobby into a “livable gallery” with around 20 works small and medium format. “Benjamín’s work has that rock and festive energy that we wanted for the beginning of the project”explained the curator.

A hotel conceived as a habitable gallery in Recoleta
In front of the France Square and a few steps from the National Museum of Fine Arts and the PAINTINGthe hotel consolidates its position as a cultural meeting point. The inauguration included a cocktail accompanied by Cafe Cabrales and the wines of End of the World Winery. Carlos BraunPresident of Turismo Doss (hotel owner group), assured: “We want those who visit us to feel that they are entering a living space, where art and culture are part of every corner”.
Art and color: the identity of a new stage
Aitala’s sample—selected for its use of color and matter as emotional languages—marks the beginning of a programming that will be renewed every two months during 2026. This cycle is part of the comprehensive remodeling of the hotel, which included a complete restyling of its common spaces.

Benjamín Aitala: career and international recognition
The artist is a painter, sculptor and curator with studies in Faculty of Fine Arts of La Plata. With more than forty group exhibitions and participations in international fairs, Aitala was a scholarship recipient National Endowment for the Artsthe Antorchas Foundation and the TRAMA Foundation. His work has been exhibited in countries such as Mexico, United States, Switzerland and Brazil.
