Alejandra Pujo coach and CEO and friend of the house, consolidates in the market and leaves us a reflection for this last stretch of 2025.
When I think about this last stretch of 2025, I feel that we are entering that crucial moment in which the year is no longer a promise but a memory, and at the same time the threshold opens towards a new year that invites us to look. And that look, more than a simple contemplation, is an act of opening: opening to what we were, to what we are being and to what we can become.
As an expert in human behavior and leadership, this year I have accompanied people and teams that went through crises, reconfigured their ways of connecting, and redefined their purposes. I have seen how adversity—whether social, economic, or organizational—does not disappear, but it can become fertile ground for transformation. And that’s exactly what I wanted to talk to you about today.
Look beyond the context
It is true: we live in an intense context. In many places, 2025 asked us to adapt: changes of pace, new uncertainties, adjustments. And that is where perhaps many people felt trapped by the environment, at the mercy of what is happening “outside.” But I want to invite you to something different: at this end of the year you choose to look beyond contextnot to ignore it, but to open yourself to what it is teaching you.
What do I mean by looking beyond the context? That although “reality”—social, economic, political—seems to define the framework, what really defines it is what we do with that framework. If we see it as a limit, perhaps it reduces us. If we see it as an impulse, it empowers us. That’s why I suggest you do this exercise: look around, identify what changed, what was broken, what was left on hold. Then ask yourself: what is emerging in my internal world that I didn’t see before? What new possibilities appear if I stop seeing only what “should” be there and start seeing what could be?
That shift in lens—from seeing conditions to seeing opportunities—is an act of leadership with yourself. And as you know, leadership is not just for those who “lead”: it is for everyone who recognizes that they can take charge of their own path.
The conscious closure of 2025
So, as this year closes, I propose three movements that will help you make an authentic assessment:
- Recognize: stop and be grateful for what you achieved, what you learned, even what hurts. Not to stay there, but to use it as a base. Because every challenge, every mistake, every detour contains a fragment of wisdom.
- Release: letting go of what no longer serves you. Ideas, habits, ways of relating that perhaps responded to another moment and that hold you back today. This act of letting go is liberating: it makes space for you.
- Choose: decide what you are going to take with you into 2026. And perhaps, what you are going to start creating. It is not about planning as if we could control everything, but about orienting ourselves with intentionality, integrating purpose with action.
- Make decisions with the consequences they bring
When you make that conscious closure, you are no longer simply “leaving behind” a year but rather incorporating what you have experienced, turning it into fuel for what is to come.
Projection towards 2026: transformation and renewed outlook
Now comes the projection for next year. If 2025 was about adaptation, learning, perhaps survival, 2026 can become the year of transformation and a renewed outlook, as long as we choose it that way.
Imagine for a moment that 2026 finds you with this vibration: What do I want to look at from another place?
- See contexts not only as threats, but as scenarios that reveal hidden opportunities.
- See others not only as competitors or external circumstances, but as collaborators, mirrors, sources of growth.
- See yourself not only as an actor in what happens, but as a creator, co-author of your path.
Transforming your gaze does not mean denying reality, but rather changing the way you relate to it. It means saying, “Yes, this is the picture, and yet, what can I summon, what can I generate?”
In conscious leadership—the one that I care so much about exploring—it is about combining consciousness, change y commitment. That methodology that I have worked under the umbrella of “the triple C” in the consulting firm that I direct. emocionenmovimiento.net
Therefore, for 2026 I propose these three guidelines:
- Renewed vision: Stop seeing only the everyday and start looking at the horizon. What is that project, that version of yourself that you have not yet deployed? Make it visible.
- Transforming Courage: because changing your perspective implies moving, taking risks, trying. And that takes courage. You have gone through 2025 with more resilience than you often recognize.
- Commitment to the path: It’s not just about big goals, but about small, sustained steps that align you with what matters. In conscious leadership, consistency matters as much as ambition.
An act of trust
And I want to close with an idea that runs through me deeply: learning to trust. Trust that even when “the context” seems adverse, you have the ability to respond, to reinvent yourself, to look with different eyes. Because opportunity doesn’t always scream; many times he whispers. And when we learn to listen to the opportunity in the whisper, we open ourselves to a greater power: that of co-creating.
So allow me to make a symbolic toast to you at the end of this year. A toast to everything you were, to everything you have learned. And another toast to what is to come: that space in 2026 that has not yet been written, but that you can start designing from now on. Every decision, every look, every relationship you cultivate is a brushstroke on that canvas. I invite you to paint it with intention, awareness and courage.
Because at the end of the day, the greatest leadership we can exercise is the one we deploy over our own life, our own perspective, our own transformation. And if you take charge of that, it doesn’t matter as much what happens “outside” as what happens “inside” and what you choose to bring forward.
Thank you for this year that is closing, and thank you for the new one that is already emerging. May 2026 find us open, awake, ready to see what others did not see, to dream what others did not attempt, and to walk the path with human dignity, wisdom and connection.
