From the heart of Argentine Patagonia, Bodega del Fin del Mundo launches an innovation: the line Fin del Mundo Low Alcohol. Composed of three wines—a Syrah, a White Blend and a Torrontés Dulce Natural—, this proposal seeks to capture the freshness of the south with a naturally reduced alcohol content, without dealcoholization processes.

A natural achievement of the Patagonian terroir
The key to these wines, which range between 6.6% and 9.8% alcoholresides in a early harvest of the grapes in the vineyards of San Patricio del Chañar, Neuquén. This method allows the grapes to reach a full aromatic maturity without accumulating a high sugar content, which would then be transformed into alcohol during fermentation.
Juliana Del Aguila EurnekianPresident of the winery, explains the philosophy: «When we say ‘naturally low in alcohol’ we mean that it is not a dealcoholized wine. The low alcohol is achieved naturally, because the harvest is done early». This differentiates the line from wines dealcoholized by technological processes, preserving the authentic expression of the terroir.
