One Punch-Man Season 3 Episode 9 resume the raid on the Monster Association basefocusing -immediately- on the genius strategist of the S Class, the Emperor Child.

The chapter begins with the hero’s successful rescue mission. The Child Emperor manages to locate and rescue Waganmathe hostage who has been imprisoned in the depths of the lair. However, his escape attempt is briefly intercepted by the monster G5although this is not the main challenge.
The real and biggest obstacle is Phoenix Man. The monster, which has been resurrected and evolved, has reached the Dragon Level disaster classification. This rebirth makes him an unprecedented threat to the young hero.
An intense battle breaks out between pure strategy and new monstrous power. The Child Emperor realizes with frustration that his conventional high-tech gadgets and inventions – his main arsenal – are largely ineffective against Phoenix Man’s incredible power and new abilities..
