ADATA strengthens ties with the channel through an incentive program that included a trip to Punta Cana

ADATA Technology, manufacturer of memory modules and storage units, announced that it successfully carried out its Punta Cana Trip 2025 together with channel partners who were awarded for their participation in the ADATA Paradise commercial campaign.

Through this ADATA action, ten winners (3 distributors and 7 resellers) obtained an all-paid trip to Punta Cana, a renowned tourist destination in the Dominican Republic. The channel partners that participated in ADATA’s Punta Cana Trip 2025 were: Air, New Bytes, Microglobal, Compra Gamer, Venex, Fullhard, Gamer Shop, Norditech and PC Store Computación.

«The trip was positive in all aspects and allowed us to reward the clients who support us in the ever-growing expansion of ADATA and Fabio Selvaggiowho added: «One of our pillars of growth in Cono Sur is strengthening the link with distribution channels. The memory market, facing a challenge

The Country Manager of ADATA/XPG also analyzed the situation of the storage and RAM memory market, which generates concern in various sectors of the industry. «It is a complex moment, marked by an unprecedented rise in the prices of memory and SSD. The global context of memory and SSD is critical. The price is increasing due to the large consumption of AI and Data Centers. All of this makes these Data Centers pay a lot for a chip (IC), and that same chip is what the brand needs to assemble the memory. We are talking about products that began to have a 200% increase. That is why we warn our distributors and resellers not to wait for run out of inventory. If consumption reactivates and customers run out of stock, they will have to update to the new prices. Meanwhile, those who are stocking up will be able to average the old price with the new one and work with more stability,» he evaluated. Wildwho warned: “It is an extremely delicate situation that is believed to continue until, at least, the first quarter of 2026. But many are already talking that it is possible that it will extend, which could generate a great complication, not only in the stock, but also in the prices that will be seen in the market.”

Edge Computing, Data Centers, AI and the dynamics of the local market

ADATA is also advancing its deployment of solutions for the business world. In this regard, Fabio Selvaggio indicated: «We are growing with our participation in high-performance sectors linked to artificial intelligence and Edge Computing. We have been expanding with AI precisely in SSDs and RAM. We have new technologies that benefit Data Centers. We aim to provide solutions that are durable, perform and have good performance. In this line, I must highlight the development of the TRUSTA line, designed especially for high-demand business environments: Globally we are beginning to develop this very special line more and more, although in Argentina it is still little known.»

On the other hand, the Country Manager of ADATA/XPG spoke about the current situation in the Argentine market: «In Argentina, as in the region, SSDs and RAM memories continue to be the products with the best performance in sales. Then, power supplies and cabinets. They are products that years ago we did not have special focus on, and we have begun to focus on them with very good results, since one of the differentials of our solutions is durability and quality.»

How the ADATA Paradise campaign worked

Resellers began to participate when they purchased more than USD 5,000 in ADATA and XPG products at different distributors. For every USD 100 they received one point during the campaign period, which was from July 1 to September 30.

The winners were determined in two ways: four trips for those who collected the most points, and three trips that were drawn live at the promotion closing event, where each point represented an extra ticket to win. Between distributors and resellers, ADATA distributed a total of 10 trips.

The official ADATA/XPG distributors that participated were: Air Computers, Grupo Núcleo, Microglobal, NewBytes, New Tree and Stylus. The subdistributors also participated: Ashir and Infoandina.
