El Salvaje, Chacras Marítimas presented its new brand identity, marking the beginning of a new stage in the evolution of the project. This renovation accompanies the sustained growth of the development, highlighting the investment made and reaffirming its differential proposal within the coastal real estate market. El Salvaje, the first project with an Environmental Impact Declaration, is based on three fundamental pillars: low population density, location outside the areas of mobile dunes and preservation of the geoforms of the surfaces. What is unique about the development is its format of maritime farms, with fractions of more than 2,500 m² in area, designed to promote spaciousness, privacy and a respectful relationship with the natural environment. Within this framework, the project proposes a way of living that integrates countryside, sea and landscape, with large open spaces, minimal intervention and a life experience in full contact with nature. Throughout its history, the project went through three major moments. Between 2013 and 2019, its birth stage was characterized by the force of nature, the founding ideas and the first homes that materialized its vision. Between 2020 and 2023, a growth phase marked by a second exit into the world, a strong increase in sales, the development of new homes and the incorporation of key infrastructure. Since 2024, El Salvaje has been in a stage of maturity, in full development, with complete facilities, consolidated service and management structures, and a focus on improving the quality of the experience, adding new recreational spaces. Currently, El Salvaje has an infrastructure organized into thematic areas and headquarters that accompany this way of living and promote harmonious coexistence with the environment. Its spaces include a Nautical Headquarters with a club house, elevated terrace and open views of the landscape, a 3.5 hectare lagoon for non-motorized water sports, a sandy beach for recreational use and a swimming pool visually integrated into the natural environment. The development also adds a Sports Headquarters on a specially designed property, with soccer, paddle tennis, basketball and volleyball fields, locker rooms and support spaces, along with recreation and play areas for children. It is complemented by nature reserve connectors, forests, wetlands, aerobic trails and trekking circuits, as well as viewpoints and access to virgin beaches, which reinforce the experience of full immersion in nature. The new identity visually summarizes this route. The ruggedness of the origin remains present in the Cortaderas isotype; The energy and rebellion of growth are expressed in a vibrant color palette, inspired by nature; and a solid and slender typography represents the current stage of the project and invites us to imagine its future projection. The result is an identity that reflects
