This is Luis Sfoggia, a councilor elected in the last elections for La Libertad Avanza, in Tapalqué, who is at the center of a controversy due to his “doubtful” contractual situation.
Since 2002, Sfoggia has worked in the Yaciretá Binational Entity, where he receives a salary of $4,416,061, which is incompatible with his position as a councilor, according to the law.
The situation is controversial considering that Sfoggia is part of Javier Milei’s party, and it is worth remembering that the Organic Law of Municipalities establishes that councilors cannot receive other income from the State, which calls into question the legitimacy of Sfoggia’s income.
