The program Agente na Estrada (Agent on the Road) is consolidated as one of the key initiatives of the WTM Latin America 2026with the aim of convening 500 travel agents from all over Brazil. Designed to offer training, high-level networking and business generation, this program reinforces the central role of these professionals in the main B2B tourism fair in Latin America, which will be held from April 14th to 16th at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.

A complete immersion in the largest B2B tourism event
The program maintains its structure and criteria, delving into the agent’s strategic experience within the fair. Their proposal is to facilitate a full immersionconnecting participants with operators, destinations, hotel chains and technology providers in an environment designed for qualified exchange.
Training as a central premise to strengthen the sector
Bianca Pizzolito, event director of WTM Latin America, highlighted the importance of the initiative: «Training is a central premise of WTM Latin America. «Travel agents play a strategic role in the tourism chain, and Agente na Estrada was created precisely to offer access to knowledge, relevant content and qualified connections that strengthen their performance in the market.».
Participation criteria and exclusive benefits
For the 2026 edition, the participation criteria will prioritize travel agents with CNPJ active for more than five yearsregular registration in Cadastur and proven relationships with the market. «It is also mandatory to follow the official event schedule and arrange meetings with exhibitors through the WTM platform»highlighted Virgínia Marques, Marketing Director.
