According to that medium, Hubbard died surrounded by friends and family. His sister Barbara confirmed that he was hospitalized for breathing difficulties, fever and chills, which led to pneumonia and subsequent rhinovirus infection.
Doctors had prescribed antibiotics, but they had no effect. When his situation became irreversible, one of his children disconnected him from life support.

Strikingly, Barbara said that she and other family members did not agree with her son’s decision, which they considered “hasty.”

«Zero had a difficult life. He was kind, but he had difficulties. He never got over the fact that our mother died because of a problem she had with the store. And for the rest of his life, I think my brother blamed himself for my mother’s murder. I know that in the end, the guilt took its toll on him and his health. I loved him very much and I miss him very much. I hope he is finally at peace,» his sister acknowledged.
