With more than 30 years of experience, the artist is moving forward again. Not out of inertia but out of a deep, almost ontological need. This new album is a emotional journey of healing and self-discoveryand also a soundscape that shows nuances of funk and Latin American popular music.
The concept: love, algorithms and real connection
Nothing human is foreign to him. In that sense, “Day 3” edited by Sony Music Argentinais inspired by his concerns about the present. «It is a journey of love and escape from reality. This album talks a lot about mental manipulation through algorithms and information. And how, in some way, we have to reconnect with love and real emotions. In a world that is moving further and further away from that, we have to reconnect souls, connect through looks» explains Dante.
A non-linear creative process
The creative path of the new album was not linear. “Day 3” began as a continuation of “Sweet table” and after recording a series of songs, one of them showed other colors and made Dante change course. «I went back into the studio and recorded another huge amount of music, almost another entire album. Then I combined both worlds because the narrative asked me to.» account.
The result is an album with 12 songs marked by the mixing of genres, anticipated by three singles that were released between 2025 and 2026.
The previews: from “Starlight” to “The reset”
The journey began with the launch in February of “Starlight” a funk-pop suitable for the dance floor, with a marked groove and strong presence of winds. In October it arrived “Thinking of her” a ballad with tango melancholy, in which the strings provide the tenor for a powerful song of heartbreak. Finally, the January 1, 2026 to open the year, was born “The reset” a song that crosses urban sounds with bolero, with the participation of the strings of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra and influenced, as Dante explains, by the music of Jose Feliciano.
Luxury collaborations: Juanse and De La Ghetto
Two exceptional guests are part of “Day 3” :
- De La Ghetto collaborate in “My mine” a pop pulse song, with an infectious melody and chorus that shines from the first listen.
- Juanse is invited in “I’m staying here” the rockiest of the tracks, where the charisma of the national rock icon and the sounds of the guitar are combined with funk for an eternal trance.

An ambitious production with international scope
Dante not only composed all the songs, but was also in charge of the production. «It’s an album that required a lot of blood from me, to be very involved in the studio, above all else. On a sonic level, I wanted to reach a certain intensity and for it to be funky. It was difficult for me, it was a challenge, and I’m very happy that it was like that, because I think I got to where I wanted.» account.
The compositions are nourished by an emotional memory where the references appear as an underground current: Prince, Stevie Wonder, Sly Stone, Luis Alberto Spinetta, Fania All Stars, Willie Colón, Héctor Lavoe and D’Angelo.

A balance between emotion and rhythm
“Day 3” It moves between introspective moments and more expansive ones, focusing on the emotional and without leaving movement as its focus. It is, in short, an album about love as life force. Not only romantic love, but love for each other, for life and for transformation. An album open to multiple senses, which proposes a spiritual search and, of course, a endless dance.
