Police in Arizona, United States, arrested a 65-year-old man for disguise a fake skeleton to pass him off as a passenger in his car and be able to circulate in the well-known lane for «High Occupancy Vehicles». Additionally, the driver received a fine for carrying tinted windows.
The case was published by the Police five years ago (and has now gone viral again) through their account. Twitterin which he released a photograph of the skeleton, perfectly tied to the passenger seat. The «copilot» had a refrigerator on his legs and He even wore a hat.

«Do you think you can use the special lane with Skeletor? «You are totally wrong!» he wrote in Twitter the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
He is not the only one
The 65-year-old joins others 7,000 special lane violators that every year they try to make use of this transit advantage without complying with the conditions of the law, according to the spokesperson for the Department of Public Security, Raúl García.
The special lane is for the exclusive use of vehicles carrying more than one passenger. They are created to increase the average occupancy of cars with the objective of reduce traffic and air pollution.

Last April, a man was arrested after driving in the special lane with a mannequin wearing a jacket, baseball cap and sunglasses.
The State of Washington raised the fines for improper use of the special lane to 186 dollars if it is the first time and 336 dollars if the violation is repeated in less than two years.
