Traveling to Iceland means accepting an invitation to the unpredictable. The landscape changes, the weather surprises and, on certain nights, the sky becomes a stage. In October 2026, GoGol Experience proposes a journey designed to get closer to one of the most impressive phenomena on the planet, the northern lights, in an environment where nature manifests itself with an intensity that is difficult to find in other destinations.
The tour takes place from October 8 to 15 and responds to planning aimed at maximizing observation conditions. Choosing accommodation outside urban centers reduces the presence of artificial light, while small groups allow greater flexibility in each day. Throughout the trip, a specialized guide closely follows the evolution of the weather and the sky, adjusting the pace according to the conditions.
Arrival in Reykjavík marks the beginning of the itinerary, with a first approach to the capital and its main points of interest. From there, the road opens towards the southern coast, where the territory is defined by waterfalls, volcanic formations and expanses of lava. Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss appear in this section, two of the most representative landscapes of the country. The journey continues east, crossing the Skaftafell National Park towards the Vatnajökull glacier. On this route, the Fjallsárlón and Jökulsárlón lagoons offer images where ice floats on calm waters, generating a contrast that summarizes the essence of the Icelandic landscape. Exploring the south coast includes spots like Dyrhólaey and Reynisfjara Beach, where black sand and ocean create a setting of great character. The experience includes a walk on the Sólheimajökull glacier, which allows you to experience the scale and texture of the ice up close. On the way back to the capital, the Reykjanes peninsula introduces the geothermal universe with active areas such as Seltún and Krýsuvík. The day is completed with a visit to the Blue Lagoon, a space where the thermal water provides a break within the tour. The itinerary also includes the Golden Circle circuit, a region where geysers, waterfalls and tectonic activity allow us to understand the internal dynamics of the island. The final days in Reykjavík offer time to explore the city or add additional experiences. The nights occupy a central place in the experience. It is then that the sky can display auroras, movements of light that pierce the darkness and transform the landscape into a hypnotic scene. Each appearance responds to changing conditions, making each moment unique.
The program includes seven nights of accommodation in three-star hotels, breakfast, dinner during the days outside Reykjavík, a private glacier walk and access to the Blue Lagoon, along with the constant presence of a guide in Spanish. Iceland is presented as a destination where the experience is built from observation and contact with the elements. A trip that invites you to follow the rhythm of nature and discover, in the silence of the north, one of the most impressive spectacles in the world.
