What is Vacalin

Vacalin is the result of almost 100 years of family tradition linked to dulce de leche. The story begins with Joaquin Rodrigueza Spanish immigrant, who started from scratch selling dulce de leche through a distributor. In 1940, after several years of work, he was able to take the leap and open his own factory together with other Spanish partners. In 1972 Vacalin was founded and since then it expanded production by adding other dairy products.

From its plant in Bartolomé Bavio, province of Buenos Airestoday produces more than 4,500 tons per month with 100% national raw materials and a product portfolio that includes dulce de leche, cheeses, ice cream, butter, cream and powdered milk. Vacalin is a key supplier to the Argentine alfajorero sector, operating under international certifications and exports to more than 20 countriescombining tradition, technology and constant investment to bring the Argentine flavor to every corner of the world.
