WTM Latin America 2026: free programming for travel agents

WTM Latin America 2026 announces free thematic programming aimed at travel agents that directly addresses challenges and highlights trends and opportunities. As part of the campaign «Protagonist Agent» the content axis brings together more than 20 conferences and debates which will take place in the three official theaters — Technology & Innovation, Transformation y Trends — and will address topics that cut across the daily lives of these professionals.

Throughout the three days of the event (from April 14 to 16 in it Expo Center Norte, São Paulo), this selection includes debates and practical analyzes that dialogue with the agent’s daily life: from the consultative sale until the smart use of datafrom interpreting traveler behavior to building more lasting relationships with clients and destinations. The proposal is to offer applicable content, provoke strategic reflections and expand the repertoire of those who work on the front lines of tourism.

Among the proposed topics, the debate on «The new travel agent: curation, strategy and the human being at the center» It is one of the most anticipated, since it addresses the evolution of the role of the agent and its essential role in an increasingly automated environment. How to participate and accreditation

The Admission is free for travel agents (through prior accreditation). For professional visitors (Trade Visitors) there are staggered costs: 2nd lot R$170 (until 3/31) and 3rd lot R$400 (from 1/4 to 4/16). Students pay R$60 for the first two days or free access on April 16. Accreditation is available at official registration link.
