Cuca confirms Neymar for Paraguay, targets run for No 10 until World Cup call-up
Cuca has confirmed Neymar will start for Santos against Recoleta in Paraguay on Tuesday in the Copa Sudamericana, and plans a run of games for the No 10 up to the World Cup call-up.
According to Diario Do Peixe, the forward was rested for the derby at Palmeiras at Allianz Parque because of the synthetic pitch.

Cuca noted tickets are already sold out. He said Neymar will play and maintain his run until the squad is named, adding the player is ready and energised and must give everything for the team and himself.
The final list for the tournament will be announced by Carlo Ancelotti on 18 May. Until then Santos have four fixtures, Recoleta in the Sudamericana, Red Bull Bragantino in the Brasileiro, and Coritiba in the Copa do Brasil and the Brasileiro.
Neymar recently starred in Argentina against San Lorenzo in the Sudamericana and drew international attention.
The club have been lobbying for his inclusion and recently sent an autographed shirt to Messi and his children.
Neymar returned only in mid-February after arthroscopic surgery in December last year and has four goals and three assists in 11 matches since. His contract with Santos runs until the end of the year.
