CUDY, the connectivity brand, reported the launch and availability of its AX3000 Mesh Wi-Fi Extender. This is the RE3000 model, a solution with Wi-Fi 6 technology designed for homes, offices and small businesses that seek to expand the coverage of their wireless signal with speed and stability.

“With the RE3000 we take a new step in our strategy of bringing Wi-Fi 6 to Argentine users at an affordable price: we are bringing the benefits of this advanced technology to homes and SMEs,” he said. Hernán Diego Nicoletto, Sales Manager Latam of CUDY. And he added: «With the RE3000 we want the user to experience what it means to extend their network with a stable, fast and next-generation connection. The RE3000 incorporates a Wi-Fi 6 chip manufactured with a 4 nm process that radically increases the performance and energy efficiency of the device. This architecture allows the extender to handle intensive transmission tasks – such as online gaming and 4K video streaming – while maintaining an agile and uninterrupted response.»
With dual-band support (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and a bandwidth of 160 MHz combined with 1024-QAM modulation, the RE3000 achieves aggregate speeds of up to 3 Gbps: 2402 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. This high performance allows large volumes of data to be transmitted to multiple end devices without bottlenecks.
More devices, faster speed
The CUDY RE3000’s Beamforming technology detects the direction of each connected device and concentrates the Wi-Fi signal towards it, improving coverage and reducing interference. This results in a stronger, more stable signal regardless of the location of the device in the home or office.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi 6 standard built into the RE3000 includes MU-MIMO (Multi-User, Multiple Input, Multiple Output) along with OFDMA (Wi-Fi channel subdivision), allowing large amounts of data to be transmitted to multiple devices simultaneously. The result is reduced latency and increased network capacity, ideal for immersive gaming experiences and smoother video calls.
«One of the most notable features of the RE3000 is its ability to manage multiple connected devices simultaneously without sacrificing speed or stability. The RE3000 is an accessible and easy-to-install device. We are convinced that this extender will transform the connectivity experience for users. Whether for gaming, 4K streaming, remote work or managing multiple smart home devices, it has the power and versatility that is needed today,» he highlighted. Hernán Diego Nicoletto.
In addition, the RE3000 has a Gigabit Ethernet port that allows you to convert an existing wired connection into a Wi-Fi access point, or use it as a LAN port to share wired internet with televisions, printers or other devices that do not have an integrated Wi-Fi module.
Flexibility and security
The RE3000 offers two operating modes adapted to different needs:
– Repeater Mode: expands and strengthens the existing Wi-Fi signal, extending coverage up to 150 meters in open spaces. It also shares the connection through the Ethernet port.
– Access Point Mode: converts an existing wired connection into a Wi-Fi network, ideal for installations where it is necessary to create a wireless network from scratch.
«In addition, the RE3000 incorporates the latest Wi-Fi security protocol, WPA3, which introduces advanced capabilities to improve cybersecurity in personal networks. The new standard offers stronger encryption of Wi-Fi passwords and reinforced protection against brute force attacks, which protects the home network against unauthorized access attempts,» he explained. Nicolettoand concluded: «The RE3000’s plug-in-socket design makes it easy to install into any outlet in the home or office. The device features LED indicators for signal strength, WPS and power status, allowing the user to quickly find the optimal location to maximize coverage. And the WPS button enables one-touch secure connection, while the reset button allows you to restore factory settings when necessary.»
