The place is in Transylvania. The home of Vlad Tepes, the famous Dracula. If that load of history and mystery were not enough, a forest can be added to the area: Hoia-Baciu, also called the Bermuda Triangle of Transylvania.
The forest is located west of the city of Cluj-Napoca and was proven by excavations that 10,000 years ago a civilization lived in the place. The stories and legends about it have made it a place shrouded in mystery despite its 3 square kilometers of surface.
What are those mysteries? The list is long and includes everything.
The phenomenon of lost time. Many of those who have entered the forest have lost track of time and when they leave believing they have been there for a few minutes, in reality they have been lost. hours or days. The best example was that of a 5-year-old girl who disappeared in the forest. Reappeared 5 years later without any transformation: the same clothes, same face and body. He hadn’t grown. Time stopped for her, who thought she had only left her house for a few minutes.
In 1970, a woman and her 10-year-old son were walking through the woods as dusk fell. Suddenly they felt a strong chill and a great fog surrounded them. They lost consciousness and They woke up in their house.
Being called the «Bermuda Triangle of Transylvania» is justified. In 1965, a shepherd and his flock of 200 sheep They went into the forest and They disappeared without a trace. From that moment Hoia Baciu had a second name.
People come out of the forest with strange marks
Many of those who enter the forest leave it with strange symptoms: anxiety, nausea, headaches. And something inexplicable: small burns, small blisters or rashes.
In 1953, an engineer and renowned biologist, Alexandru Sift, went to the place. For days and days he went in and out of the forest taking photographs of the place. Nothing seemed strange to him, except that When revealed, shadows and ghosts appeared. and strange things that he did not see at the time of taking the photos.
And then there are UFOs. Since the early ’60s there have been many sightings. And there is proof that seems irrefutable. But before he left he was immortalized. Emil took his camera out of the tent and shot 4 times. And he recorded the presence of the UFO.
The sightings never stopped happening. In 2002, a couple managed to film almost thirty seconds of video from his apartment on the top floor of a building in the city of Cluj, neighboring the forest. The object was «cigarette-shaped» and it shone brightly as it moved over the treetops. He then disappeared into «thick clouds» in the night sky.
In 2007 another sighting was recorded, this time in the middle of the afternoon. An amateur photographer took 30 photos and in one of them a strange object appeared. It was a UFO.

But the extraterrestrial presences in the forest are not the only ones. The paranormal also floats. many have seen «shadow people», strange shapes and laughter of girls and women.
