Mick Jagger surprised fans in the city of Oxford by offering a surprise performance in a local pub.
The specific place was the Half Moon in St. Clements, where the singer appeared in a open folk session on June 7, reports Rock FM.
Jagger attended accompanied by his partner, former American dancer Melanie Hamrick, both of whom were invited by Oriel College.
The school confirmed that They had drinks and dinner therebefore heading to a pub with Rolling Stones keyboardist Matt Clifford and Oriel Political Science teacher Robert Cheah, notes Rock FM.
There, to the surprise of those present, they played the traditional song “Handsome Molly,” which Jagger covered on his 1993 solo album, ‘Wandering Spirit’.
