“I start on Monday” continues to grow on LOVE Streaming. It expanded its duration from an hour to a 90-minute format, driven by audience response.
Hosted by Dany Martins and accompanied by Carina Cohen and Rocío Bravo, the delivery goes live from Shopping Abasto and proposes a combination of current affairs, entertainment, interviews, humor and stories with social impact.
Far from conventional formats, the program seeks to bring everyday topics to the table from a close and dynamic perspective, with the aim of generating conversations that transcend the screen.
«We want people to be entertained, but also to take away something. We do not believe in messages lowered from a pedestal, but in the stories that mobilize,» explains Rocío Bravo, one of the hosts of the series.
The journalist maintains that streaming offers an ideal terrain to experiment with new ways of communicating. «Many times important topics are trapped in formats that are too rigid. We try to address them with a more natural language, mixing information, humor and emotion»
Each broadcast brings together guests from very different fields. References from social organizations, artists, entrepreneurs and business representatives share the same space to provide different perspectives on the same topic.
«This diversity is part of the identity of the program. We are interested in generating encounters that normally do not happen in other media and discovering points of contact between very different realities,» says Bravo.
Among the moments that had the most impact is the joint participation of renowned musicians and street artists, a combination that synthesizes the spirit of the cycle: giving visibility to stories that usually do not find space on the media agenda.
With experience in television and radio, Bravo recognizes that streaming also requires another working logic. «Everything happens at a much faster pace. You have to think about the live performance, the interaction with the audience and also how that content will later circulate on social networks.»
Even so, consider that some pillars remain the same. “Journalistic rigor, verification of information and respect for stories continue to be fundamental, regardless of the medium.”
Behind the project is Lado H, an organization that has been developing initiatives linked to communication and social impact for more than ten years. That imprint runs through the program, which seeks to demonstrate that entertainment can also become a tool to inspire, make causes visible, and promote new conversations.
With the extension to 90 minutes, “I start on Monday” is now committed to deepening that proposal and continuing to consolidate a community that grows broadcast after broadcast.
