Wyndham Hotels & Resortsthe largest hotel franchise company in the world with more than 9,100 properties in approximately 95 countries promoted a series of exclusive events in Buenos Aires to strengthen relationships with corporate clients and global agencies. The initiative brought together corporate travel managers, representatives of travel management agencies and strategic partners at the Boca Juniors and River Plate stadiums, two of the main sports symbols of the Argentine capital.
This action is part of the strategy of the company’s Global Sales team for Latin America. The objective is to strengthen relationships with the main decision makers in the corporate travel market through authentic experiences, valuing local culture and bringing clients closer to the chain’s portfolio in Argentina.
An experience in the “Bombonera” for the corporate segment
The activities began with a meeting focused on the corporate segment in the traditional stadium The Bombonerahome of Boca Juniors. The guests participated in a guided tour of the club facilities. Afterwards, the group was received at the Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham La Boca for lunch on its rooftop, with a privileged view of the stadium and a gastronomic experience inspired by the traditional Argentine barbecue. In total, 15 guests participated, as well as representatives from hotels managed by Wyndham in the Argentine capital and the team from the Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham La Boca.
Integration night at the Monumental Stadium
In the evening, the program addressed key partners in the distribution segment. It brought together representatives from global corporate travel agencies and Argentine travel agencies for an exclusive experience in the Núñez Monumental Stadiumheadquarters of River Plate. The group participated in a tour of the stadium facilities, followed by dinner at the Banda restaurant, located within the stadium.
One of the highlights took place in the official stadium dressing roomwhere participants enjoyed a team building activity. This activity took advantage of the sports environment to stimulate collaboration, communication, trust and integration among participants, reinforcing values increasingly present in the business world. The event brought together 19 guests, as well as representatives of Wyndham hotels in the Argentine capital.
