Located just one hour from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Luján invites you to visit some of its main tourist attractions, such as the Basilica of Our Lady of Lujánhe Enrique Udaondo Provincial Museum Complexhe Ameghino House Museum and the rural towns of Carlos Keen, Jáuregui, Open Door and Cortínez .
Parque Invernal Luján: the great protagonist of the break
One of the great attractions of the break will once again be the Luján Winter Parkinstalled in San Martín Park. Open every day from 12 to 6 p.m., it will offer a circuit with adventure camp, recreational games, mechanical attractions, entrepreneurs’ fair, gastronomic patio and daily shows, all free for children and adults. .
He Adventure Camp invites you to play, explore and learn through mazes, hanging bridges, networks, arenas, archery, climbing wall, zip line and a skill sector. For its part, RecreArt will offer a space with recreational proposals, inflatable games, foosball and other activities for children .
The auditorium will offer free shows every day at 2 and 4 p.m., with a program that includes clown shows, circus and freestyle competitions. .

Cultural programming will have a strong presence in the Trinidad Guevara Municipal Theaterwhich will present more than twenty children’s shows throughout the break . Free features include :

“Monet Immersive”: art and technology at the Museum of Fine Arts
He Municipal Museum of Fine Arts “Fernán Félix de Amador” (July 9, 863) invites you to discover “Immersive Monet”a sensory experience that combines art and technology to bring the public closer to the work of the French painter Claude Monetfounder of the impressionist movement .
Through impressive 180° audiovisual projections, surround sound and technological resources, the exhibition proposes a new way of exploring the universe of impressionism, where paintings come to life and transform the space into an immersive experience of colors, light and movement .
The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entries: $15,000 (general); $10,000 (retirees, students and minors) .
Museums and historical heritage
Ameghino House Museum (Las Heras 466): considered the cradle of national paleontology, it houses more than 3,000 fossil pieces of Pleistocene megafauna. Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. .
Enrique Udaondo Provincial Museum Complex (Lezica and Torrezuri 917): during the break it will offer special activities for children, including the program “Between games and traditions” on Fridays, July 24 and 31 at 11 a.m. .
Flashback Terror II: genre film series
Genre cinema invades Luján again with Flashback Terror II – The Revengea series that brings together international classics along with outstanding contemporary Argentine productions of fantastic, horror and bizarre cinema . The performances will take place on Fridays, July 24 and 31, and Saturdays, July 25 and August 1, with screenings at 3 and 5 p.m., free admission. .
Carlos Keen: gastronomy and countryside
