James Farthing, winner of an award $167.3 million of Powerball, one of the main US lotteries, was arrested for the fourth time since he won the prize in April, the magazine reports People.
The 51-year-old man is charged with first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault related to domestic violence, and remains detained in the Scott County Jail, in the state of Kentucky, reports RT.
He had previously been arrested in Florida, accused of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.

According to court records cited by the media, the alleged victim stated that the two argued after a boat ride and accused Farthing of placing «both hands on her neck,» making it difficult for her to breathe, it indicates. RT.
The accused pleaded not guilty, received bail of $15,000 and must avoid all contact with the woman, in addition to wearing a monitoring device.
