The event, endorsed by the Secretary of Culture of the Nationwill bring together fashion, art and social activism to benefit the Foundation Against Child Sexual Abuse .

«It’s going to be a glorious show. It’s the first time that ‘El Cervantes’ opens the doors for a designer to hold an event of these characteristics, which fills me with pride and generates enormous responsibility,» commented Piazza about this milestone that marks a before and after in the relationship between cultural institutions and fashion in Argentina.

A multimedia display with a charitable cause

The parade will become a multisensory show that will transcend the traditional catwalk. Piazza anticipated that “it will be a gala parade” with “a live orchestra with 8 musicians, dancers and the mannequins will perform the songs that will be performed in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese languages.”

The production seeks to create an immersive experience where the fashion, art, poetry and glamor They will converge in the same space. All proceeds from ticket sales – available through the platform THEATERAL ALTERNATIVE– will be destined to the Foundation Against Child Sexual Abuse, transforming luxury into a tool of social transformation.

Fashion and activism: the presentation of reforms to the Piazza Law

The event will transcend the purely fashion by serving as a platform to present the reform proposals to the Piazza Lawthe regulation that bears the designer’s name for his historic activism in the fight against child abuse. This moment will combine the creative display of fashion with the social commitment that characterizes the designer.

The choice of the Cervantes Theater as the venue is not coincidental: it symbolizes the institutional consecration of fashion as a first-class cultural expression and reinforces the message that the fight against child abuse requires a commitment from the entire society, represented in one of its most emblematic cultural spaces.

A before and after in Argentine fashion

This parade marks several simultaneous milestones: the first time that the Cervantes receives a fashion event of this magnitude, the exclusive preview from the 2026 collection of one of the most internationally recognized Argentine designers, and the convergence between haute couture and social activism in a space of cultural tradition.

With this proposal, Roberto Piazza reaffirms his double status as creator and activistdemonstrating that fashion can be both an expression of beauty and a vehicle to make urgent social causes visible, especially those related to the protection of children.
