Avery Dennison, global leader in materials science and labeling solutions, held its event in Bogotá “Innovation Route”a meeting that brought together more than 50 clients, end users and strategic allies to explore the most recent innovations in sustainability, traceability, safety and consumer experience within the world of packaging.
The meeting had applied innovation as its axis and proposed a interactive format which invited attendees to live different technological experiences developed together with strategic allies TSC y Athenea Solutionsreinforcing the importance of collaborative work to promote the development of the industry.
During the day, solutions were presented such as Linerlesswhich promotes sustainability by eliminating the use of liners; the use of RFID technology to optimize traceability and reinforce security; and a variety of smart tags that allow packaging to connect with consumers and enrich their experience.

With this Innovation Route we wanted to show how technology and sustainability are integrated to transform packaging and take the consumer experience to the next level,» highlighted Sandra Alvarez, Senior Strategic Marketing & Communications Manager Materials Group, Latin America at Avery Dennison.
