Las Lilas Cabinone of the most exclusive restaurants in Buenos Aires, presented its special menu for New Year’s Eve 2025, which includes a complete gastronomic experience paired with wines from the bodega Rutini and special entertainment. The evening will feature live DJ and one balloon release at 00:00 on the restaurant terrace, creating a unique festive atmosphere. Prices per person are $275,000 on terrace y $240,000 in the internal room.

Exclusive menu with premium products and special pairing
The seven-course menu includes dishes made with top quality products that reflect the establishment’s gourmet identity. As a starter, it will be served Pacific tuna tartar with creamy avocado and passion fruit syrup, followed by Southern Ocean Black Hake on mango mirror with ginger. Main dishes include Confit suckling pig with orange reduction and Steak eye heart with roasted vegetables.

The sweet closing will be in charge of a Pistachio panna cotta with almond and raspberry praline, accompanied by Nespresso coffee with petit fours, Spanish nougat and Italian panettone. The selected wines include the Gran Malbec Section, Great Chardonnay Section y Brut Nature routines.
