On Friday, January 30, the US Department of Justice USA declassified a new series of files referring to Jeffrey Epstein.
In them, among several other famous people, the name of the former prince of United Kingdom.
And exchange of emails and some images in which he is seen with a woman complicates Andrés Mountbatten-Windsor, who was already gathering evidence against him in the case.
The new declassification of the Epstein case: a «friend», a dinner at the royal palace and compromising photos
The documents in question exhibit a series of emails between Epstein and Andrew.
The conversation between the two dates back to August 12, 2010when the businessman had just been released from the house arrest that he was under after being convicted of prostitution of minors.

In a first message, Epstein proposed to the then prince introduce him to a young woman.
Specifically, he tells her that he has “a friend” with whom he “maybe” would like to have dinner and that she would be in London from August 20 to 24.
In response, Andrés asks what he has said to the young woman and if she should bring him “a message” from the former financier. In another email, the prince responds that he had to be in Geneva on August 22, but that he would be “delighted to see her.”
Epstein insists and explains that the woman in question is a Russian woman. 26 yearswhom he describes as beautiful and intelligent.
There the exchange on the subject ends, and there is no indication that the meeting finally took place.
However, on September 27, contact between them resumed, apparently because Epstein was in England.
“We are already in London, what time would you like us to [nombre oculto] and will I see each other? We are also going to need/have private time,” Jeffrey writes around 3:30 p.m.
«I’m leaving Scotland, I should be down at 18:00. I’ll call you when I get down if you can give me a number to call,» answers Andrés, who also adds «Alternatively, We could have dinner at Buckingham Palace and have lots of privacy.«
Again, the archives also do not indicate whether the visit to the royal palace in London ever materialized.
Another striking email is dated August 2009, and in the prince tells Epstein that he is «the brother he always dreamed of having.»
Despite these emails in which different types of othersWhat most compromises Queen Elizabeth’s son are three photoswhich were also disclosed along with the written documents.

In the images, which are not dated, The now former prince can be seen, on all fours, on top of a woman (who looks young) who is lying on the ground.
In two of them he has a hand on the abdomen of the woman, who appears clothed and whose face was masked by the US authorities. In the remaining one, she has her head raised, as if looking at the photographer who took her.
How the investigation into Prince Andrew continues: «He must be willing to share information»
The name of Andrés Mountbatten-Windsor, brother of King Charles III, appears at least several hundred times in documents. On some occasions, in Epstein’s private email correspondence and, on other occasions, in guest lists for dinners organized by the financier.
Likewise, the accusation against her by the American-Australian is known. Virginia Giuffre, who accused him of having sexually assaulted on several occasions when he was a minor.
In 2022, a lawsuit filed by Giuffre against Andrés was resolved with a multimillion-dollar out-of-court settlement, but without the king’s brother admitting his guilt.

Due to the Epstein case, last October, Andrés ceased to be a prince, after Charles stripped him of all his royal titles and forced him to move from his luxurious Royal Lodge residence.
A month later, 16 US Democratic congressmen signed a letter asking the former prince to testify before the parliamentary committee in charge of investigating Epstein, a request to which he never responded.
On August 10, 2019, Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in prison, and so did Giuffre, at his home in Australia, in April 2025.
However, the investigation into the Epstein case continues, and the former prince is becoming more and more complicated.
While spending his last day visiting Japan, Keir Starmerthe Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, was asked if Andrés should answer the questions from the American congressmen, and his response was forceful: «Yes. I have always said that whoever has information must be willing to share that information in the way they are asked,» he told reporters.
