The Municipality opened two public tenders to improve the cleaning and operation of key spaces in the city. The opening of envelopes will be on April 9.
The Municipality of The Silver launched two public tenders to hire cleaning and maintenance services in the local Cemetery and the Bus Terminal, with the aim of optimizing hygiene and use conditions in both spaces.
The first call corresponds to Public Tender No. 9/2026, intended for the maintenance of the Cemetery, located between avenues 31 to 137 and 72 to 76. Although the property functions as an autonomous entity, the service will be financed by the Municipal Coordination Secretariat and will have a period of ten months.
In parallel, the Municipality launched Public Tender No. 10/2026, aimed at the cleaning and maintenance of the Bus Terminal, located at 4 between 41 and 42, under the same contractual conditions.
Deadlines, costs and how to participate
In both cases, the value of the document was set at $2,000,000. The opening of envelopes will take place on April 9 at the General Purchasing Directorate, inside the Municipal Palace on 12th Street between 51 and 53.
For the Cemetery tender, the event will take place at 12:00, while in the case of the Terminal, offers may be submitted until 11:30 on the same day.
The Municipality reported that the specifications can be consulted for free both on the official website and in person. In addition, an email advice channel was enabled for interested companies.
The tenders seek to guarantee better maintenance conditions in two strategic points of the city, with a direct impact on the daily lives of neighbors and users.
