The theatrical phenomenon of the summer had its finishing touch with a luxury surprise visit. Martín Bossi, who since December 26 has sold out every performance of “The Supper of Fools” at the Teatro Neptuno, received a visit last night from Marcelo Tinelli, who traveled especially to the coast to see the comedy and ended up going on stage to applaud the entire cast.

An overwhelming success in Mar del Plata
The version of the famous French comedy by Francis Veber, produced by Guillermo Francella and Adrián Suar along with six other producers, directed by Marcos Carnevale, became the big success of the Mar del Plata summer. Bossi, accompanied by Gustavo Bermúdez, Laurita Fernández, Esteban Prol, Guillermo Arengo and Robertino “el Romi” Benemino, not only sold out all the performances, but also swept the Estrella de Mar awards, where the protagonist won the award for Best Comedy Actor.
The numbers support the phenomenon: the play was first in spectators and collections in Mar del Plata, and also remained the most viewed nationwide for ten consecutive weeks, consolidating Bossi as the “king of theatrical summer.”
Tinelli’s surprise: laughter, applause and a historic photo
Last night, the show had an extra spice. Marcelo Tinelli was located in row five of the Neptuno Theater and enjoyed the comedy scenes starring Bossi, Bermúdez and Laurita Fernández. At the end of the play, the conductor did not hesitate to go up on stage to personally congratulate the cast.
The meeting was immortalized in a photo that will spread across the artists’ social networks this Thursday. But the evening did not end there: Tinelli, accompanied by his cousin “El Tirri”, had dinner with Bossi and part of the cast and production in an exclusive restaurant in Mar del Plata, where, as it turned out, he proposed an idea to the actor in the midst of the greatest reservation.
The future: re-release in Buenos Aires and new projects
A few hours before the curtain goes down in La Feliz, Bossi already has his sights set on the next challenge. On March 20, the original cast—with Laurita Fernández, Gustavo Bermúdez, Guillermo Arengo, Esteban Prol and Robertino Benemino—will re-release “La cena de los totos” at the Teatro Astral on Corrientes Avenue, for the second consecutive year.
But Bossi’s agenda for 2026 does not stop there. In addition to the theatrical season, the actor has confirmed the lead role in an international series and will be the advertising image of an important global company, projects that will keep his figure at the top of the show.
