Marcelo Puellapresident of National Front of Peronist Groupsissued a harsh warning to the national government through radio statements, stating that the Executive “It is going too far and putting social peace at risk.«The leader maintained that the president Javier Miley “is burning its last cartridges” in what he described as a “trial and error rule” that destroys the worker. “If the national government continues to generate this social unrest, this will not end well”Puella stated categorically.
Criticism of the economic and social impact
The Peronist leader listed a series of consequences that, in his opinion, the official economic policy is generating: “Every day, sources of employment are lost, factories are closed and companies abandon production in our country”. In addition, he warned about the situation of small and medium-sized businesses who “must close their businesses because nothing is being sold,” which generates an increase in “labor informality, instability and collective anguish”.
Puella also questioned the repression of demonstrations: “It is now natural that our retirees, disabled people, journalists are repressed and priests were even beaten, something aberrant”.
Alerts about December and the immediate future
The leader anticipated a complex scenario for the last month of the year: “We know that the month of December is historically complicated, but this end of the year will be the worst”. He revealed that “There are already planned marches and strikes by many unions”to which would be added the discontent of the “ordinary citizen who cannot stand one more adjustment”.
In a direct message to the President, Puella concluded: “Stop messing around with your antics and crazy trips because you’ll end up on fire like Joan of Arc, but you won’t be mourned by your dead dogs.”closing with one of the harshest phrases in recent Argentine politics.
