[INVESTIGACIÓN EXCLUSIVA]
They denounce a network of harassment, vandalism and extortion led by local rural businessmen. While Noelia Cabañas defends the place where her son was born 20 years ago, and his father left him after years of care and work, today the «country gang» uses public resources, power ties and violence to attempt to dispossess a potential millionaire.
By Vive La Plata Editorial Staff
The Silver. – Noelia Cabañas not only fights against the mud and the inclemencies of the rural area of Abasto; He fights against a much more dangerous enemy: the ambition of a group of businessmen and three rural neighbors who, with ties of power, intend to take away the three hectares that he legitimately owns.
The investigation of Live La Plata has compiled devastating evidence—videos, audios, and court documents—that show how three individuals have turned Noelia’s life into an ordeal of unscrupulous harassment.
THE FACES OF HARASSMENT
The so-called «small table» of this attrition plan is made up of three names with alleged dark stories:
- Luis Edgardo Barutta: A neighbor whose aggressiveness is not new. Court records reveal a pattern of sustained conflict, with more than 10 labor lawsuits for dismissals according to sources «dating» between 1999 and 2021. Barutta, linked to multiple mass consumption companies, is today identified by Noelia as the person in charge of the most violent verbal attacks and the dangerous «van crossings» to block access.
- Fernando Da Conceicao Martins: The economic power behind the pressure. Owner of the firm Farm of the South SRLFernando Da Conceicao Martins operates a poultry plant reported by third party evidence and extreme sanitary irregularities. An exclusive video shows the businessman calling Noelia to «offer to buy the field», making it clear that the supposed «neighborhood conflict» is actually a business maneuver to expand his poultry empire.
- Oscar Barneche: Identified as a veterinarian and livestock producer, Barneche has been identified as the ideologue of the systematic blockade of the property. His antisocial behavior has reached such an extreme that the justice system had to impose a sentence on him. urgent precautionary measure.
THE LEGAL SHIELD: HOW DOES NOELIA PROVE HER LEGITIMACY?
Faced with the lies of the mafia clan of «rural businessmen» who try to brand her as a usurper, Noelia has presented a mountain of physical and documentary evidence that justice has already validated:

- History and Roots: He presented evidence that his son 20 years old he was born on that propertydemonstrating a peaceful and continuous possession of decades.
- Chain of Titles: Owns the original sales receipt notarized in the name of his father, Pogonza, and the corresponding transfers of rights.
- State recognition: Noelia pays taxes OR and has the service of EIGHT in his name at the address on Calle 460.
- Inspections: And Municipal Inspection Record confirms that there are no «clandestine lots» on the property, but rather a now-devastated construction that she intends to rebuild to live with relatives and friends who try to defend her from these dangerous individuals, which refutes the anonymous complaints used to permanently harass her.

Vandalism against Noelia, landslides, fires, destruction of her home. Pillars of light. Gates, etc.
THE CAUTION AGAINST BARNECHE
RIGHT TO PEACE:
Justice has not been indifferent to the paralyzing fear that Noelia feels. The precautionary measure against Oscar Barneche (and other associates) includes determining details:
- Approach restriction: They are prohibited from approaching Noelia and her property within a distance determined by the judge.
- Harassment Prohibition: They cannot carry out acts of disturbance, threats or contact by any means (physical or digital) under warning of arrest for judicial disobedience.
Instrumentalizing the State for personal whims has a social cost that the Abasto community should not have to pay. While there are anonymous calls denouncing false usurpations, the public forces are diverted from their real tasks to serve the interests of those who seek the wear and tear of others. This misuse of public resources constitutes a lack of citizen ethics wrapped in a systematic campaign of harassment.
A USELESS EXPENSE FOR SOCIETY
The strategy of these three, pointed out by people as «countryside gangsters» not only harms a family; It harms all the people of La Plata. The use of false complaints and the constant call for the police force to attend 460th Street generates a extreme expenditure of public resources.

Whim of power? Need to spend your time doing something to feed some kind of internal pattern?

Every liter of fuel and every hour of patrolling wasted on the whims of private ambition is money that comes out of citizens’ taxes. It is time for officials and judges to put a definitive stop to those who use the system to persecute a mother who only wants to defend her home.
ALLEGED PLOT OF WORK INFORMALITY AND CLANDESTINE ACCOMMODATION IN COMMERCIAL PREMISES Granja F & A – GRANJA DEL SUR SRL
An exclusive investigation by Vive La Plata exposes the hidden plot…
La Plata, March 2026. – A series of leaked documents and neighborhood testimonies have put a commercial establishment located at the intersection of Calle 460 and 208 (Abasto) under scrutiny, known in the area as «Granja F & A» GRANJA DEL SUR SRL What appears to be a traditional poultry enterprise would hide, according to the complaints, a scheme of extreme job insecurity and possible violations of human rights.
A special report from the Vive La Plata research team investigates the Administrative “Possible Double Face”. The investigation points to operations linked to businessman Fernando Da Conceicao Martins, who appears as the owner of the property and co-author of the persistent harassment by commercial interests against Noelia Cabañas, the owner of the property in question. Although it participates in formally constituted companies with good banking health, such as Granja del Sur SRL, the reality «inside» in Abasto would be radically different.
Recent labor documentation (Telegrams Law 23,789) shows that construction and maintenance tasks were being carried out at the site under total informality. The notices demand the registration of labor relations dating back to the beginning of 2025, denouncing «refusal of tasks» and «non-payment of salaries» by the property administration.

Recipient: «DA CONCEICAO MARTINS FERNANDO» with CUIT 20-25170205-6.
The most alarming thing arises from the records of the Superintendency of Occupational Risks (SRT), apparently indicating that the denounced owner does not have current ART contracts or mandatory life insurance for his dependents. This would leave workers in a situation of total helplessness in the event of workplace accidents, exposing the operation to immediate closure due to lack of safety and hygiene.
In a journalistic investigation by Vive La Plata, evidence of serious irregularities emerges in the Abasto poultry establishment called «Granja F & A», owned by Fernando Da Conceicao Martins. The document articulates a plot of extreme job insecurity which includes unregistered employment, lack of mandatory insurance and possible clandestine accommodation of foreign citizens in inhumane conditions. In addition to administrative and fiscal failures, it is highlighted through photographic evidence serious food violations and sanitary, such as the risk of salmonella due to lack of appropriate clothing and animal overcrowding. The purpose of this note is to alert the community and federal authorities about operations that could fall under crimes of human trafficking and servile exploitation.

The Vive La Plata editorial team will continue to be vigilant. This investigation remains open.
