Swirl Headsthe alternative rock band that has been making waves in the Buenos Aires underground scene, had its baptism of fire on the big stages when it was in charge of open the sixth edition of the Bandera Festival in Rosario. In front of thousands of people, the group demonstrated why it has become one of the most interesting projects in current Argentine rock, sharing the bill with heavyweights such as Babasonic and Divided.

The band, born in 2021 in the City of Buenos Aires, deployed a sound proposal where raw guitar rock converges with pop intensity and lyrics that address love, friendship and the passage of time. With training that includes Helena Wisznia in voice, Felipe Villaroel y Bautista Filgueira on guitars, Tilo of Naples in bass, Lorenzo Palmieri on battery and Lara Moure Net In choruses, the group builds a powerful and emotional sound that immediately connects with the audience.
From the intimacy of the underground to the immensity of the festival
The set started with two songs from their EP “So Light” (2024): “Benefit Hex“, with its seductive riff and pop power that attracted the first spectators to the Bandera stage, followed by “blue compass“, an emotional moment where the audience accompanied by singing the catchy chorus that marks the danceable pulse of the song.

The incipient but solid musical career of Cabezas de Remolino is characterized by a inexhaustible creative power plant. During their presentation they included “I don’t take responsibility“, a still unreleased song, and they closed with “Red Flowers” y “It was already written“, from his most recent publication, demonstrating a constant evolution in his artistic proposal.
A band that marks the generational present
Swirl Heads represents that freshness and authenticity that characterizes the projects that arise from the bases. With a production self-managed but with a strong and defined aesthetic and sound decision, the band has managed to establish itself in the word of mouth of an audience that recognizes in their songs the present of a generation.
His career includes “Volume 1” (2022), recorded at home, and “So light«(2024), an EP of four songs that consolidated its sonic identity. This 2025 saw the light»Red Flowers“, while they work on their first studio album scheduled for 2026.
