In an interview with Latam NewsColombian astrologer Martín Ochoa reflected on the challenges of artificial intelligence, overinformation and the awakening of a new collective consciousness driven by great astrological changes.
In a global context crossed by accelerated technological advances, artificial intelligence, geopolitical changes and new forms of communication, Colombian astrologer Martín Ochoa proposes looking beyond the visible: understanding that humanity is experiencing a profound change in consciousness.
In dialogue with Latam Noticias, Martín Ochoa reflected on the profound changes that humanity is going through in light of the current major planetary movements. The entry of Uranus into Gemini, Pluto into Aquarius and the conjunction between Saturn and Neptune in Aries configure, according to the Colombian astrologer, the beginning of a new historical cycle, characterized by unprecedented technological, cultural and consciousness transformations.
«We are redefining a new cycle of humanity. There are structures that were useful for a long time, but that today have become rigid and limiting. The challenge is to open ourselves to new ways of thinking, feeling and bonding,» he said.
One of the central themes of the interview was the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on daily life. For Ochoa, the problem is not technological advance itself, but the risk of disconnecting from what is human.
“We are not just entering a technological era: we are redefining what it means to be human,” he said.
The astrologer explained that Uranus in Gemini will bring a revolution in communication, education and the circulation of information. According to their view, new learning methods, more dynamic forms of teaching and profound changes in language and social networks will emerge.
However, he also warned about the challenges that accompany this process: information saturation, fake news and the difficulty of distinguishing what is true from what is false.

«We are going to need to develop discernment. Learn to discriminate what information is useful to us and what is not. Today there is an excess of stimuli and that can generate anxiety, dispersion and inner disconnection,» he said.
During the conversation, Ochoa also delved into the new place that astrology occupies in this context of global transformation. Far from a fatalistic or predictive view, he maintained that modern astrology functions as a tool of consciousness and psychological understanding.
“Astrology does not come to just tell us what is going to happen, but to help us understand how we respond to what is happening and what potential we have to go through it,” he explained.
In that sense, he assured that the coming years will also bring a revolution within the astrological world itself, driven by new technologies and more interactive ways of interpreting symbolic information.
«Artificial intelligence can help us a lot, as long as we do not lose humanity. Technology without human consciousness is not healthy,» he remarked.
Towards the end of the interview, Ochoa left a reflection on the great collective challenge of this time: maintaining connection with oneself and with others in the midst of an increasingly accelerated scenario.
«We are entering a stage where there will no longer be so many certainties. And that can generate fear or anxiety. But it is also an opportunity to leave the comfort zone and enter the learning zone,» he concluded.
