Silvano Geler: “The Real Estate Expo became the meeting point for the entire real estate chain”

On August 12 and 13, 2026, the Hilton Buenos Aires will once again bring together the main protagonists of the real estate market during the 16th edition of Expo Real Estate Argentina, a meeting that will combine an exhibition with more than 150 stands, 300 investment opportunities and 60 workshops, together with the Congress of Real Estate Developments and Investments, which will have more than 90 national and international speakers

He 16th Congress of Argentine Real Estate Developments and Investmentsorganized by Grupo SG, will be developed August 12 and 13 in it Hilton Buenos Aireswithin the framework of Expo Real Estate Argentina 2026considered the most important real estate business and investment exhibition in Latin America.

During the two days, the meeting will bring together more than 50,000 businessmen and professionals in the sectorwill feature the participation of more than 50 CEOs and industry leaders and will offer more than 50 workshops and conferencesconsolidating itself as the main space for debate, training and business generation for the real estate market in the region.

The first day will begin with the exhibition of Damián Tabakmanpresident of CEDU + AEV, who will analyze the current state of real estate development, the future of mortgage credit, incentives for construction and expectations regarding the deregulation of the sector.

The second day will open with an economic analysis of Damian Di Pacewho will address the variables that will mark the investment scenario for the real estate market in 2026.
