The 31st edition of the International Construction and Housing Exhibition brought together 24,347 visitors and was highlighted by an intense agenda of activities, which included the BATEV Meeting 2026, workshops, training and the launch of new technologies and solutions for construction.
The International Construction and Housing Exhibition, organized by the Business Chamber of Urban Developers and Association of Housing Entrepreneurs (CEDU + AEV), the Argentine Chamber of Construction (CAMARCO) and Fairs and Exhibitions of the Argentine Construction (EFCA), was once again reaffirmed as the fundamental event for the sector.
BATEV continues to demonstrate its ability to bring together the main players in the industry, generating an invaluable space for the exchange of knowledge, innovation and the development of new business opportunities. The exhibition had a great response from the public, bringing together thousands of visitors from all over the country who were able to learn about the main trends that mobilize the market.

With more than 15,000 square meters of exhibition space and 215 exhibiting companies, including 58 international ones (China, Brazil, USA, Turkey and Uruguay), BATEV 2026 once again positioned itself as the reference business and knowledge platform for architects, engineers, developers, contractors, installers and designers of
the whole country. The diversity of the offering and the profile of the attending public reaffirmed the strategic role of the fair within the sector calendar.

The Meeting 2026 – Housing Access Colloquium, BATEV’s strategic debate space
Within the framework of the 31st edition of BATEV, Meeting 2026 – Housing Access Colloquium was held, organized by CEDU+AEV under the motto “Argentina builds: agreements to scale housing, investment and urban development”. The meeting brought together representatives from the public and private sectors to debate the conditions necessary to promote access to housing, mobilize investment and promote sustainable urban development.
The opening was led by Damián Tabakman, president of CEDU+AEV, and Carlos Spina, vice president of the entity. Next, the Minister of Economy Luis Caputo analyzed the macroeconomic scenario and the prospects for investment and construction. Eduardo Costantini, president of Consultatio, participated in an interview about the challenges and opportunities for urban development and housing in Argentina.
As part of its commitment to professional training and the dissemination of new technologies applied to construction, BATEV 2026 carried out an outstanding cycle of workshops that brought together leading companies in the sector.
