The small screen was renewed with a fresh, relaxed proposal with a federal imprint. From Monday to Thursday at 8:30 p.m., Diego Ramos reopens the doors of his own «television bar» in The night is oursand late night show that promises to transform the end of the day into a true after office.
With a relaxed but sharp style, the host invites celebrities to relax, share unexpected anecdotes and reveal the B side of their lives between drinks, cooking and challenges.
A premiere with luxury guests and unfiltered confessions
The season debut did not go unnoticed and went strong thanks to a top-level table made up of Boy Olmi, Ginette Reynal and Jonás Gutiérrez. In a climate of absolute spontaneity, the living room lent itself to both humor and spicy titles.
Of course, the news of the Argentine National Team was not left off the table. Looking ahead to the match, Diego revealed his unusual and effective Qatar 2022 cabal: “Last World Cup I was cleaning the wall, we won, and I started cleaning walls every time Argentina played”he recalled with a laugh, wishing that today’s game would be his turn to experience it in a slightly more «comfortable» way.
The guests: three stories, three intense presents.
The choice of the first living room was strategic: it brought together three profiles with a lot of history, but that today are going through moments of profound maturity, reinvention and enjoyment.
Boy Olmi: Introspective maturity and “telling the truth”
Boy is going through a beautiful moment in his career, very focused on introspection and absolute authenticity. He is currently touring the country (and Europe) with a super intimate and autobiographical one-man show. At this stage of his life, he got off the need to «impress others» and seeks to stand on stage (and in life) from calm, memory and emotional honesty. Last night he provided that reflective and sophisticated pause that characterizes him, but with the humor of someone who already takes things very lightly.
Ginette Reynal: Refuge in art and the freedom to change
At 66 years old, Ginette is in a stage that she herself defines as «more authentic.» He comes from shining with Muscari and installing his refuge in Nordelta, where he thoroughly explores his passion for abstract painting and the plastic arts. She recently made headlines on social media for naturally showing her going back and forth with her gray hair (she left it, she didn’t like the tone and she returned to her color without any drama), which shows how planted she is: free of mandates, frontal and willing to experiment. His presence in the program gave him that «sharp», elegant and free touch that the after office needed.
Jonás Gutiérrez: The improvement and romantic return to football
«The Greyhound» is the living synonym for resilience (always remembered for his battle won against testicular cancer in 2013). After retiring from professional football in 2021, at 41 years old he surprised everyone by returning to the fields in a totally passionate and relaxed way: he plays for the Las Toninas Social and Sports Club (in the La Costa League). He is in a stage of pure enjoyment, far from the pressures of the high competition of the Premier League or the National Team of the Maradona era, living sport and life from pure gratitude. His presence provided the ideal World Cup mystique for today’s preview.
Much more than an interview room
One of the highlights of the interview at the end of the night came when Ramos was asked about the coexistence between traditional television and new platforms. Far from feeding the crack, the host was extremely open to change: “I have never streamed, but the door is open to work,” he confessed, defining the format as an interesting “mix between radio and TV” where what matters is still connecting with the public.
The night is ours bets on a dynamic where «anything can happen.» The program features a bartender, a chef, music by a live DJ, stand-up shows and the constant discovery of new talents. In addition, the public has a leading role through interactive sections, games and rankings that guarantee federal and spontaneous entertainment to end the day with a smile.
