Upset with the situation, the owner of the land decided to retaliate: sprinkled manure on parked carssome of them luxurious, such as Mercedes, Jaguars and BMWs, as can be seen in the video broadcast on social networks.

Wakley, who is also a farmer, filmed the scene on May 25 while traveling with his partner, Emma Hudson, 24, to Buttermere. «Any farmer who has had to deal with tourists dreamed of doing this. Cumbria Police confirmed they became aware of the incident at 10pm the same day. «Our neighborhood policing teams are carrying out further investigations to determine the full circumstances,» a spokesperson for the force said.

Wakley said that later that afternoon, while passing through the town of Ambleside, he found long lines of cars waiting their turn outside the local car wash.
Cumbria Police did not say whether the producer faces any charges or whether legal action has been taken against him. The investigation into the circumstances of the incident remained ongoing.
