Hair is not damaged overnight. In most cases, hair thinning is the result of small daily habits that, over time, alter the fiber, cause breakage and dull the natural shine. Detecting them is the first step to completely transform the health of your hair.
Sleep with wet hair
Going to bed with wet hair weakens the hair fiber, since in that state it is more elastic and vulnerable. Frizz with the pillow causes breakage, frizz and loss of shape.
Solution: Dry at least 80% before sleeping.
Excessive use of heat without protection
Straighteners, curlers and dryers without thermal protector alter the structure of the hair, leaving it dull, rough and brittle.
Solution: Always apply heat protectant and regulate the temperature.
Aggressive or incorrect brushing
Brushing hard, especially on wet hair, breaks the fiber and promotes hair loss due to breakage.
Solution: use appropriate brushes, detangle from ends to roots and do so gently.
Using products that are not for your hair type
The wrong shampoo can dry out or cause extra oil, affecting the balance of the scalp.
Solution: Choose personalized products according to your needs (hydration, repair, volume, etc.)
Lack of hydration
Dry hair loses elasticity, shine and resistance. It is more prone to breaking and looking lifeless.
Solution: Incorporate nourishing masks, use hydrating active ingredients (like hyaluronic acid), and seal with lightweight oils.
It’s not just what you do in the living room, it’s what you do every day at home. Changing these habits not only improves the appearance of your hair but transforms it from within.
