Tucumán shone with the presence of Óscar Corominas

Before more than 1,200 teachers from public and private institutions who participated in the XVIII Meeting of Catholic Educators, the Spanish creator of the Corfulness method has shone in Tucuman in two intense, close and endearing days, full of reflection, inspiration, identity and hope.

«It feels like something big is being born. The Human Revolution begins with simplicity, passion and commitment, putting Love in the true center of gravity capable of transforming our gaze and life,» he expressed. “The world of education is experiencing a before and after that is beginning to dawn under the gaze of Corfulness and so many burning hearts that today we have found ourselves united by this call.”

After its successful presentation at the Harvard Club in Boston, Corominas brings this disruptive proposal that invites a paradigm shift: moving the center of gravity of the human being from the head to the heart. At seven years old Learning Facilitator in the Innovation Leadership program at MIT Professional Education, Corominas states that “a good professional has to be an excellent person.”

The methodology proposes to evolve from learning by doing -learn by doing- learning by being: learn by being.

Faced with the advance of artificial intelligence, which will replace more and more operational, logical and repetitive tasks, Corominas defends the need to enhance what is intrinsically human: love, real intuition, the sense of purpose, the inner life and the openness to transcendence.

From this perspective, Corfulness affirms personal integrity as the foundation of new leadership and designs training models applied to new governance in organizations and educational centers.

These models are aimed at training leaders capable of deciding from their being, integrating professional excellence and human quality, and promoting more ethical, conscious and humanized cultures.
